well... i wasn't impressed with their internet "service" when i had it [for a very SHORT time]; and as for their customer "service", it's eleventy times worse. i had to deal with an account we had for work purposes, and i wanted to punch every single person i talked to square in the kidneys. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH YOU PEOPLE?? completely unhelpful and useless.
my hypothesis on why they're "the #1 isp": millions of people don't have the billing contact information, blood tests, and dna samples required to cancel their accounts. so, they're stuck with a monthly $23.90 credit card line item until the end of time.
