hummmmm....tough call. I love meat & potatoes, but the melted cheese on top is the breaking point. Would have to say "mildly" disgusting. Love the creativity though!!

i think i lean towards the delectable side. but i admit the t-bone/uterus is a little off-putting.

omg... that is so gross. And I am a meat and potatoes guy... but that just does not cut it for me.

Initially, I was taken aback. I this it is the t-bone/uterus, which I agree looks icky. It's because the frosting is red, so it recalls a raw piece of meat, not a nicely cooked one. And yeah, I could also do without the cheese.

But, after further consideration, I'd go more delectable than disgusting. I do love meatloaf.

meegs, i think you're right... the bright red brings a serious ick factor. maybe some a-1 sauce instead of ketchup...

i have to admit the pictures probably don't do it justice but i would try it! i love mashed potatos and meatloaf! that frosting does NOT look like ketchup though.. that's the only thing gross. i like that a-1 sauce idea!
